2016 Delivery Machine was formed to provide business consulting services and talent for key roles on projects. Consulting services included definition of strategy including business objectives and desired outcomes, technology advisory, change management, project management and leadership coaching. Talent for key roles on projects included business analysts, change managers, project managers, senior project managers and release managers.
2022-2023 Our people focused specifically on undergoing education and upskilling in AI strategy and business applications. We possess the relevant qualifications and certifications in training delivery; AWS, Microsoft, Google and other technologies; and delivery methodologies including Agile and Prince II.
2023 – present We continue to incorporate the latest in data and AI education, industry experience and global networks to support our clients in achieving their aspirations. We maintain current connections to the latest global research and findings in the AI and machine learning (ML) fields. We will be participating in the 2025 European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery in Databases (ECML PKDD) in Porto, Portugal.

Her professional and financial services career spans over two decades, with senior leadership roles at major financial and professional services institutions. She was Head of Enterprise Data Transformation and Integration at Westpac Group, Director Data and AI for KPMG and Director Technology Advisory at Deloitte. She has spoken at partner events including Microsoft’s World Tour, planned and facilitated Data and AI Executive Information Sessions for professional services firms, and presented to clients alongside the Chief Digital Officer of a big 4 consulting firm.
